Planetarium

London Planetarium just over 40 years old and was opened to the public by the Duke of Edinburgh in 1958.

The Planetarium boasts Europe’s first major technological piece of equipment, the Digistar 2.  This is an impressive and powerful star projector, projecting great virtual reality moments such as the big bang, viewed from the safety and comfort of your own chair.

Perfect for adults and children alike, the educational value is superb with the latest information on our Solar System hosted a 10 minute show that is literally out of this world.

Stay at the Regency House Hotel and visit the Planetarium, a short Underground ride to Marylebone.
