Cancelation is free on all room bookings (except for advance purchase) if we
are notified in writing 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled arrival.

Goodge Street (Northern Line), Euston Square (Hammersmith and City, Circle and Metropolitan lines), Warren Street (Victoria Line, Northern line) are all within a 5- to 10-minute walk from Regency House Hotel.
- HOW NEAR ARE YOU TO LONDON`S AIRPORTS?
London City and Heathrow Airport are each an hour’s drive from the hotel
(depending on traffic).
Alternatively, we’re 15 minutes from Paddington Station, which is then only 15
minutes to the airport on the Heathrow Express.
Gatwick Airport is 90 minutes away by car. Alternatively you can take the
London Underground to Victoria (a 20-minute journey), where you can take
the 40-minute Gatwick Express train to the airport.

We do have rooms available on the ground floor, but unfortunately none of
our accommodation is specifically adapted for wheelchair users.

No. Our hotel is non-smoking through-out. Designed smoking areas located in
the garden outside.
- IS THE HOTEL AIR-CONDITIONED?
Yes, air-conditioning is available in all rooms.
