Regency House Version23

Testimonial

  • “I left so early on my last day on April 10th that I didn’t get to say how much I enjoyed my stay with you again this month. Your rooms are great, and your friendly help and attention to detail were much appreciated! With hopes that you have an enjoyable spring and summer, and I’m very much looking forward to staying with you again this September on my way back from Austria”

  • For the price and location a very nice hotel. Nice staff, Nice breakfast (vegetarian options as well), rooms and bathrooms are a bit small but nothing to complain about (since the price), good "sound isolation" between the rooms as far as we could notice. Good distance to things that you probably want to do on a weekend in London.

  • I stayed at the Regency House for 6 nights from 30th April 2014. It is a lovely place to stay, with clean and comfortable rooms, great facilities like fridge, T.V., microwave, tea and coffee. The staff are very kind, cheerful and helpful. The breakfast is excellent. There is a lovely little patio for sitting outside, with a "coffee cart" to make yourself a hot drink with biscuits.
The hotel is superbly situated for getting to all central London, close to buses and tube stations, and has handy shops nearby. I fully intend to make further visits.

  • Having booked to see Bodyguard we needed somewhere to stay. This hotel served our purposes perfectly. Handy for Marylebone station and a gentle walk to theatre land. In this elegant building our room was small but perfectly adequate for us. Tastefully furnished in keeping with the style of the building. En-suite shower room excellent. Had very good sleep. Freshly cooked full English breakfast promptly served. Wonderful gem of a garden with tea and coffee making facilities available. Excellent staff who were friendly and accommodating. Would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend to others.

  • Staff very welcoming and friendly. Bed lovely and comfy, linen extremely clean, the curtains were all hanging properly and of good quality. Okay the rooms are not spacious but I've stayed in hotels where you can't even walk round the bed. The bathroom is cosy but has all the facilities you need. Toiletries provided. Hair Dryer extremely good quality. I asked for an iron and ironing board, both were good quality (The Courthouse Double Tree Hilton could learn a lot from this small hotel). There was crockery, cutlery, even a microwave. And the air conditioning system was quiet and worked extremely well (Room 2). The garden is a delightful little haven with decking area, gazebo, tables & chairs, (this was lit up at night) and the most charming Coffee & Tea Cart where you could drink endless cups of complimentary tea, coffee & biscuits. You forgot you were in the middle of London. Free WiFi. Having trawled the internet looking at hundreds of hotels in the area there were no other hotels in the area we wanted to be in offering such good accommodation and facilities for the price without full payment up front. Will definitely stay here again. Finally, for breakfast I deviated from the menu and asked for fried egg on toast with tomato and was asked if I would like 2 eggs, so from my perspective the breakfast was not small. The toast was so delicious, we asked for more without any problem at all. The dining room is very small, but clean and you could see through to the kitchen but this again was extremely clean and efficiently run. If a lot of guests decide to have breakfast at the same time there is bound to be a wait as everything is cooked to order. Well Done Regency Hotel. Thank you Zuzana and Julia, and the gentleman (whose name I forgot to get).

  • Dear Uliana, Thank you so much for your help and cooperation. My daughter would forget her head if it was loose! We will definitely use your hotel again when we visit London. You and your staff could not have been any more helpful. We were delighted that we had chosen Regency House.

  • Hello to all of the Regency Hotel, Our journey was all right but we miss our stay in London. The rooms are really nice especially the one at the back. There was all what we needed microwave, fridge... moreover it's closed to the center. SPECIAL THANKS TO: Julia for her helping when we made our reservation, very nice, helpful, patient and always cheerful. And the girls at the breakfast it's really agreeable to have breakfast in a nice ambience, they are always smiling that is very agreeable in the morning. Service is very quick you don't have to wait and nothing is missing. I hope to come back soon with my family or friend. I hardly recommend your hotel.
